CES was founded in 1999 by Dave Sebenoler and Jeani Vance.  Having helped many companies deploy best-in-class operations reporting and management, we realized there was a gap in the market for such services – so we fill that gap.  With our unwavering focus developing the culture of service encompassing IT Operational performance and improvement, we have been able to help our clients excel.  That is ALL we focus on, and that focus is working.  We deliver what we sell – we don’t pawn off our client’s critical initiatives to junior team members.  Since founding, we have worked with 29 different companies, and managed to successful completion over 86 major projects.
